New Construction HVAC Services

Professional HVAC Services for Your New Home

At TDi Services, we are a trusted partner for custom home builders and residential construction projects in Tyler, Longview, and the surrounding East Texas areas. We understand the unique demands of new construction and work closely with builders and homeowners to design and install a system that is perfectly tailored to the home's specifications.

System Design and Sizing:

We begin with a detailed analysis of your new home's blueprints. Our design professionals perform a professional "Manual J" load calculation, which considers factors like the square footage, ceiling height, window placement, insulation R-values, and local climate. This ensures that the chosen HVAC unit is correctly sized to effectively heat and cool your home without being oversized or undersized.

Equipment Selection:

We offer a wide selection of high-efficiency, reliable HVAC systems, including furnaces, central air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless mini-splits. We will help you select the best system for your budget, energy goals, and comfort preferences.

Ductwork Installation:

The ductwork is the "veins" of your HVAC system. Our technicians design and install a complete duct system to ensure optimal airflow and consistent temperatures in every room. We use high-quality, properly sealed duct materials to prevent air leaks, which can significantly reduce energy efficiency and indoor air quality.

Thermostat Installation:

We install a new thermostat, including options for modern smart thermostats that offer advanced control, automation, and energy-saving features.

Refrigerant Lines and Electrical Connections:

Our certified team handles all of the technical connections, including the proper installation of refrigerant lines and electrical wiring for the system, ensuring the system operates safely and efficiently.

Air Balancing:

After the system is installed and the home is complete, we perform a final air balance to test and adjust the airflow to each room. This ensures that every vent is delivering the correct amount of conditioned air for maximum comfort.

With TDi Services, you can be confident that your new home's HVAC system is designed for superior performance, backed by decades of experience and a commitment to quality.
