What happens after you sign up

Your name, phone and email, which tune-ups you want, and a line about your home: how many units it has and the address.

We call you
A TDi team member phones to build the right plan for your home and choose 2, 3 or 4 visits across plumbing, heating, air conditioning and electrical.

Monthly or annual
Tell us whether you would rather pay monthly or annually. We settle that on the same call.

By submitting the form you confirm you understand the following. Questions before you sign? Call us, or check the FAQ.
- All visits must be used within the active term of the membership and cannot be redeemed after the expiration date. Visits are not guaranteed.
- TDi Services will provide periodic reminders to schedule service. It is ultimately the member's responsibility to book appointments.
- TDi Services Credit has no cash value and may be applied only toward the purchase of HVAC replacement systems, repiping, water heaters, generators, or electrical panels. It is non-transferable, and any unused balance is forfeited upon termination of membership.
- Membership fees are non-refundable. No refunds are issued for cancelled services or unused visits after the membership term expires. Upon cancellation, any outstanding balance for services rendered is due.
- Membership may be transferred to a new homeowner at the same address. It may also transfer with the original owner to a new address, though additional fees may apply.
- The monthly payment option continues until written notice of cancellation is received at the corporate office. Please allow up to two weeks for processing termination requests.
